The Return Programme

When You've Forgotten What Makes You Happy

A four-week guided experience helping people reconnect with themselves.

Over time, it can become difficult to recognise where those roles end and where the real person begins. You are still moving through life, still doing what the day asks of you, yet something no longer feels the same underneath it all. Or perhaps it has been that way for so long that you can no longer remember when it felt different.

Then, in the most ordinary moments, your attention begins to drift. Waiting in traffic, your thoughts wander elsewhere. Sitting in front of the television, you realise you have no idea what has just happened on the screen. You wake in the middle of the night and find yourself thinking about your life. The questions that have been quietly sitting in the background become harder to ignore.

And somewhere deep down, you know there must be more to life than simply getting through it.

At some point, many of us are asked: "Where do you see yourself in five years?"

Then one day, a different question appears.

"If nothing changes, where will you be in five years?"

Sometimes the gap between those answers reveals just how far we have drifted from ourselves.

Starting From a Different Place

Many people arrive believing they have a confidence problem, a motivation problem, a relationship problem or a life direction problem. Others wonder if what they are experiencing is part of a major life transition, retirement, family changes or years of responsibility.

The Return Programme looks beyond those explanations and explores something deeper.

Over the course of our lives, we all absorb messages and expectations about who we should be and how we should behave. Many of these become so familiar that they simply feel like part of our personality.

The programme explores which parts genuinely belong to you and which may have been learned, adopted or carried for so long that they now feel permanent.

"Sometimes, one very important relationship in your life is the one you have with yourself."
