I’m Margareta, a Spiritual Mindset Coach and a Certified Hypnotherapist.

It doesn’t mean ignoring what’s difficult it means choosing thoughts that support you, rather than hold you back. When you let go of negative thinking, even just little by little, life starts to feel different. You begin to notice opportunities, feel stronger inside yourself, and gain the courage to keep going.

When You Have Forgotten What Makes You Happy

You may have adjusted yourself to live a lifestyle, followed paths that looked right from the outside, or lost sight of the things that once made you feel alive. This work helps you find your way back to your real self. We unravel the beliefs, fears, and old emotional patterns that may have led you away from your true self. I help you learn to listen to yourself again, to that quiet voice you’ve learned to put aside. We look at the spiritual perspective: your soul’s purpose. This is an invitation to remember who you really are. This coaching supports you in rediscovering what you truly want, what feels right for you, and how to start loving life and yourself again at your pace, and in your way.

With the tools hypnotherapy offers, this work becomes even more effective. It allows us to reach the deeper parts of the mind where unhelpful habits, doubts, and old responses often live. It’s particularly useful to help with low confidence, self-worth, or weight concerns. Procrastination can also delay the life you want, keeping you stuck, avoiding decisions, and holding back from taking the steps that would move things forward.

My Story - How It All Began

I’ve always been fascinated by how the mind works, why we think, feel, and behave the way we do. This curiosity led me to study everything from psychology to behavioural therapy, reading widely and learning from leading experts. I wanted to understand how small changes in thinking can help people change the way they live and feel.

My journey into this work began with a childhood discovery of my intuitive gift. This interest in spiritual practices led me to the Arthur Findlay College, a SNU centre for spiritual learning and intuitive development. I’ve spent many years there, developing my abilities and understanding how to use them in everyday life.

Today, I work as a spiritual mindset coach, helping people who feel stuck or uncertain to reconnect with themselves, rediscover their purpose, and move forward in life. My aim is always to help you understand yourself, make sense of where you are, and begin to feel more like yourself again.

Learning From The Best

I use hypnotherapy alongside coaching and intuitive guidance to offer support that’s tailored to each person I work with. I am always focused on helping clients move forward in life, with greater self-awareness and confidence. I’ve had the privilege of learning from some of the most respected names in the hypnotherapy field, including Mike Mandel and Freddy & Anthony Jacquin. I was also honoured to contribute to Freddy’s book, The Exquisite Art of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy. and I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing learning. This commitment allows me to provide support tailored to each person I work with.
